New Lens!

I just happened to stumble over a store that was in the process of changing owners or something. So they sold all the Nikon equipment really cheap just to get rid of it. They had one item left, the 55-200 mm DX lens. I got it dirt cheap! It was great!

Today I went for a walk to give it a try. It is still dark here most of the day, so I got some "night" shots of Tromsø. Pretty cool methinks. For the little time I've had the lens, I am very happy with it. It works very well :)

My Sisters Christmas Ball

So, my sister had a Christmas Ball and I asked if I could take some pictures of her when she was all dressed up and full of make-up. I guess she isn't used to be photographed so she was laughing pretty much the whole time I was taking pictures, but I got a couple of good shots I think. I enjoy taking pictures of her, she is such a beautiful person, inside and out. Although she can be a bit annoying at times, like all siblings ;)
